Ginger Buffalo Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Bison Steak cut into strips
  • 1 egg
  • 8 tsps cornstarch
  • 2 tsps flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soya sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 - 2 tbsps cornstarch

Combine, stir and set aside.

    Instructions

    Deep fry coated meat strips in hot oil, keeping strips separated. Remove when slightly brown and drain on paper towel.

    Stir Fry: 2 tbsp Ginger Root and 2 tbsp minced garlic, grated carrot. Add soya mixture stirring until thickened. Add meat strips and heat through.
