Thursday Evening - BS session with bison producers and guest speaker
Friday Day - Tea/coffee, muffins, fruits and a light lunch to follow. Top industry speakers and educators all day.
Friday Evening - Bison dinner, kids events, awards, fun auction, and live entertainment
Saturday - Video auction at Keystone Centre in the Canada room. Doors open at 10:30 a.m. Auction at 11:00 a.m. Commercial Video Bison Sale to follow. Bison on a Bun will be served for a light lunch.
